I hold a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Neurobiology, with a focus on human brain research and episodic memory. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. examining sensory processing differences in Autism Spectrum Disorder.
The main finding: There are differences in perceptual processes in autistic people that can be observed very early on, and these can explain differences in higher and more complex behaviors, such as interpersonal communication.
