Liron Tenenbaum
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education, and I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Educational Psychology. Throughout my studies, I have gained in-depth knowledge in child development, learning processes, cognition, and the emotional and social aspects of children and adolescents.
My research, conducted under the supervision of Prof. Anat Prior, lies at the intersection of language, cognition, and education. My thesis focuses on the impact of linguistic background (bilingualism vs. monolingualism) on third language acquisition, specifically English-among children in Israel. I find this field particularly compelling due to its educational and clinical implications, as well as its contribution to understanding the complex mechanisms of language acquisition and individual differences in this process.
